As Senior Fundraising Innovation Lead, you'll take ownership of client innovation projects from brief through to a tested proposition. You'll bring strong fundraising knowledge, confidence with senior stakeholders, and the ability to turn audience insight into practical, commercially credible ideas with the potential to raise £1 million+

You'll work across the full innovation cycle - including brief development, insight, ideation, proposition design, prototyping, testing, and recommendations. You'll also facilitate workshops, deliver training, and contribute to the Flying Cars client experience.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead and personally deliver end-to-end fundraising innovation projects, from initial brief through to tested propositions and pilot delivery plans

• Act as senior day-to-day lead for clients - keeping them informed, confident and excited about the work

• Use your fundraising expertise to shape ideas that are audience-led, realistic and commercially credible

• Facilitate engaging online and in-person workshops with charity teams, stakeholders and audiences

• Translate audience insight, sector knowledge and fundraising evidence into strong propositions, concepts and test plans

• Manage multiple projects at pace, keeping timelines on track and standards high

• Manage and support other members of the Flying Cars team, sharing fundraising knowledge generously

You'll be an experienced Innovation practitioner who has delivered significant campaigns, propositions or programmes - either charity-side, agency-side, or both. You probably have particular depth in one of Individual Giving, Regular Giving, Mass Participation, Corporate Fundraising or Mass Engagement.

You're comfortable with senior clients and confident in workshops, pitches and strategic conversations. You might be frustrated by the pace of in-house delivery and ready for a role that gives you more variety, more strategic influence and the chance to apply your expertise across many different causes - faster.
