Engagement strategy

Know exactly what you want from innovation? Not sure where to start? We embrace the changing needs and expectations of modern supporters to deliver audience-first engagement and fundraising strategies that galvanise and grow loyal cause-led movements.

Upskill staff.jpg

We future-proof internal capability by upskilling in-house teams. Learn actionable innovation, insight and prototyping techniques to use in new proposition development, and supercharge your results.

We create impactful innovation briefs and deliver ambitious proposition pipelines that generate ideas with agility to engage new customers and supporters.

Prototyping picture.jpg

We sprint-test with rapid prototyping, failing fast to deliver ideas that win at speed.

We generate meaningful, original insight that captures core motivations, drives evidence-led decision making and produces supporter-focused ideas. Be an audience-first organisation and create new impactful propositions that add value to your movement.

Anne Race portrait.jpg

Anne Race, Founder

Anne kick-started a career in new proposition development by testing an idea for a fundraising quest that landed her on TV, radio and the front page of a few Australian newspapers, over 10 years ago. Since then, she’s worked with some of the UK’s leading brands at big, medium and small charities. A Japanese Geordie, Anne believes that diversity of thought is key to innovation, merging existing ideas in unusual ways. Gregg’s Pasty Sushi Roll anyone?

“Henry and Anne are a great team, combining their extensive knowledge and experience of the charity/for-purpose sector with expertise in the process and practice of audience-led innovation.  Together they helped build the foundations for great supporter innovation at The Children’s Society – with a particular emphasis on audience insight, agile methodologies and disruptive business models”
